We always do our best to accommodate our client’s requests, however, If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday, your cleaning for that day will fall to the next scheduled cleaning we have for you. .

No problem, you may cancel but we need to know no later than 5 pm the day before if you are cancelling. If you cancel after 5 pm, the day before your scheduled cleaning, there is a $98.88 cancellation fee (includes HST).

Yes! Staff work in teams of two, and are covered under WSIB, insured and bonded.

As long as we have easy access to the areas we’ll be cleaning, you really don’t need to do anything! We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies (unless you have a specific request)..

Wherever possible we use eco-friendly cleaning products. If there are specific products you’d like us to use, or not use, just ask!.

As soon as you have decided you want your home cleaned, please give us a call so we can set up a day/time to visit your home and provide you with a quote.  From there, we will schedule you in.  On occasion, we have cancellations, so we may contact you to see if you would like to move up your cleaning.

Yes, you will have the same team, however, life happens and if one of our staff are away or ill, we will need to fill in the gap in order to provide your service

Please ensure your alarm systems are disarmed prior to your cleaning. (We have had more than a few occasions where staff enter and the alarms go off!).

Please be sure the path to your home is clear of ice and snow.

While our staff appreciate your kindness in tips, we would appreciate if you could keep your tip in cash and separate from payment.
