Kimaid Cleaning Inc. opened in 1991 as a residential cleaning business serving the Georgetown area. Owned and operated by Kim Clark, Kimaid fulfilled Kim’s ambition to run her own business and be her own boss. Her approach from the beginning was to tailor her service to each client so that each home is thoroughly and properly cleaned.
Prior to Kimaid, Kim worked in retail and wholesale at the Hudson’s Bay Company and Hickeson-Langs Food Supplier. At The Bay, Kim managed the jewelry, watches, and lingerie departments where she developed her keen eye for detail, always ensuring that both she and her staff did the job properly. No detail was too small or insignificant whether adding the finishing details to display cases, completing the department’s paperwork, adding that personal touch, like changing a customer’s watch battery.
It’s the attention to the fine details that set our service apart from the rest.
Today, Kimaid offers both residential and commercial cleaning services. We currently employ 15 staff and continue to expand.
